The number of men taking their life by suicide is increasing. Around 3 out of 4 suicides are men. Men are typically much less likely to seek help.

Our indoor meetings are round-table talking sessions. Attendees have an opportunity to talk about their own situation, with or without follow-up discussion within the group.
You are welcome to join a full (2 hour) meeting, or either half (1 hour) if that feels more appropriate.
You can talk (share) with the the group, or you can listen. You are never pressured or expected to talk. It is common for new attendees to take time settling in before sharing, while others need to talk openly in their first meeting. You choose your route in. It's a meeting run for you, and you choose the level of your involvement.
Please arrive at the venue before 7pm or during the halftime break from 7:55pm – 8:10pm, if you can. This helps us welcome you properly with minimal disruption to other group members who are sharing during the talking meeting.

Group meetings are free to join & attend, as often or infrequently as you choose. There is no entrance charge or membership fee to pay. There is no product or service to buy. Meetings are funded primarily by donations from our well-wishing supporters, and fundraising & outreach activities.
Group attendees are never asked for donations. A donation collection pot is located discreetly at the venue away from the meeting should an attendee choose to donate to their local group. Group donations are kept locally & used towards funding the running costs of the meeting, including venue hire, refreshments, liability insurance etc.
Channels are used for one-way info message broadcasts. Messages include a reminder for the meeting a few days beforehand, and any important time-sensitive messages affecting the meeting.
